What started as a successful 365 project turned into a way for me to share my family. I like to document the little things that mean so much to our family. Our story is simple and perfect. We are surrounded with love and blessings and although all posts are not always things to smile about it is our life and it is the journey god has given us. I am blessed to be part of this beautiful world and know that these simple everyday 'wonderfuls' will pave the way for a brighter future for my children.

Waiting
Dada and bother are out fishing and little miss is just waiting. She knows they are out there somewhere, and apparently I am not nearly enough fun for her.
Sunsets & Bullfrogs
My evening view tonight is pretty darn adorable. They were laying down there watching the ducks and geese and trying to spot our bullfrog. It's not a lot of land like we wanted, but the memories are strong.
Hail Storms & Buns
It has been a crazy few days here with storms. We have had a few hail storms and little man is pretty intrigued by the falling ice. SO intrigued that I caught him at the front door naked watching it come down. We had a few people drive by and I just snickered and wondered if they looked our way.

Obsessed
He is his father's child. He went hunting and these days it seems to be all he can think about. Love that he is excited about something but gosh dang do we always have to be shooting something. :)

Bottles
Little miss has decided to wean herself for the most part of our day. She is miss independent and loves to do things herself. Nursing has been such a blessing with her. With Ryder he screamed and screamed for 7 months and I swore it was me feeding him that was hurting him each time. With this one, it is calm, she smiles at me, she puts her hands in my mouth constantly, she grunts, and falls asleep with one hand on my chest making small scratches on me. I had plans for even nursing her past one if she wanted but she has started to decide differently. Funny how life has a way of reminding you that you are not the one who calls the shots. Baby girl you are my last and I am sad this journey of ours is ending. I hope you can please give me just a few more months. Just hang tight and don't be in such a hurry to grow up so fast. These moments will be one I will cherish forever.

Summer Walks
A small little creek by our house is a fun place to end our walks, rock jumping and trying to find critters.

10 Months
I can not believe how fast this is going. What a fun 10 months we have had with you sweet girl. This month you went on your first vacation to San Diego. You were amazing on this trip and slept on your mom for most of the time. You went to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and lots of beaches. You loved watching your brother and got excited when he did. You were not too crazy about the sand for the first half of the trip but by the end you were a pro and trying to chase your brother. You are working on your top teeth and they have taken over your personality a bit this month. You are walking around furniture and you are all over the place. You are extra snuggly this month and you love to just rest your head on our shoulders. You love music and you love when people sing to you. Your best friend is your wubby, you went from not liking it all all your first seven months to not being able to do anything without it.
Words : hi, dada, baby, and possibly Ryder (we aren't too sure if that is exactly what you are saying but it sounds close)

San Diego -- A Few Of My Favorites
Day 1 -- Mom and two babies fly out to San Diego alone. Mom pretty much felt like she could probably run the world after she conquered this. End the night playing on the beach at sunset and met daddy after a long day!
Day 2 -- Sea World Fun and ended our day with a little time at the beach.
Day 3 -- Check out a new beach with lots of tide pools and walked up and down the coast together.
Day 4 -- Mom and kids went (on our only sunny warm day there) to a beach to play and collect shells. Miss Gray ended up sleeping on me for about three hours while Ryder played in the surf and chased sea gulls.
Day 5 -- New beach -- New fun. Went to check out the sea lions and the seals on the beach. Ryder loved getting close to them and we couldn't believe how bad they stink! We ate at a cute little burger restaurant together and sat outside and laughed at Evie being nervous of the pigeons around us. Ryder and daddy ended their day at a pool party movie night down at the pool in the hotel.
Day 6 -- San Diego Zoo Day -- Went to a parasailing place and watched people take off and land along the coast. Went to a lighthouse and toured it and walked along a navy base area up in the mountains.
Day 7 -- Last beach day. Went back to our favorite beach of the week and stacked rocks and checked out the tide pools and played with the washed up kelp.

San Diego -- Daddy Love
Dad had to work for part of the time but now he is ready to party with us and we are excited to have him here with us. So much fun being on a family trip together with just us. Such a neat time to to make memories together.

San Diego -- Evie
Little girl, two years ago I could not have imagined my life with you. Now here we sit and none of us could imagine our life without you in it. You add a sparkle, a smile, laughter to our everyday. You are amazing sweet. I thank god all the time he sent us you. Love watching you grow and love watching everything you add to our lives.

San Diego -- To Thank A Stranger
When that random person sees you taking a million pictures of your family and tells you that you need to be in one and they snap away -- you take what you can get and you are so thankful for the opportunity to be in one!
San Diego -- Tide Pool Searching
I was a little worried about the Pacific Ocean and the cold water and non "beachy" feel. I was hoping he would love it as much as we do. He did not disappoint. He loved every second of it, the tide pools were his favorite part. We found crabs, sea urchins, hermit crabs, little fish, sand dollars, shells, and coral. He loved it and him being the animal lover he is, he was in his element.

San Diego Trip - Sea World Day
What a fun day. Seriously this day was one that will go in my top 10 days when I am laying there thinking about my life. The look on this guys face as he saw these animals and touched them and learned from them, was priceless. So many times throughout this day I stopped and took a deep breath and thanked god that I am able to give these experiences to my child. Ryder was extremely well behaved and thanked me multiple times for the day and continued to tell me how much fun he was having. Miss Gray slept on me pretty much the entire day and when she was awake she was smiling and having a good time. For doing The first two days of San Diego on our own I would have to say it's going pretty darn well. :)
